Vendor Information

Vendors are what make our amature fossil show one of the largest in the region, possibly even the world!
We hope you can join us for our 2026 show March 21 & 22. Vendor Setup starts at 1pm on Friday March 20.
We are looking for vendors that specialize in Fossils, Gems, Minerals, Oddities, Lappidary, Jewlery, Shells, and Prehistoric or Ocean Themed Goods.

Vendor Sign-Up:

If you are interested in signing up as a vendor you can fill out this Application Form.
There are instructions in the application for returning your application with your payment via check and snail mail, or through email with a credit or debit card.

FossilFest has a number of vendors selling fossils from Florida and afar, gems, antique bottles, bones, jewlery and more! There are always interesting things to find at Fossil Fest thanks to our great Vendors!
